In my opinion the spirit of cooperation and effective communication between players in one hand and exchange of ideas and cooperation with the club management in the other hand are important.
I think notable point in clubs is finding and solving the problems and deal with challenges according to the facilities and ability of that club.
Sincere coordination and communication with the club management is an important factor in choosing the club for me, and there is a serious determination to improve the process in the club.
